The LECSEA Resource database offers legal, technical, organizational and financial information on energy communities, tested and tailor made tools, services and methodologies to enable facilitators and different target groups (businesses, social housing, citizens, clusters of public and/or private organisations).

The Energy Communities Repository of the European Commission offers more technical support. The Repository will provide technical support to energy communities whose activities are primarily in urban areas. For rural communities, a second initiative, the Rural Energy Communities Advisory, will be providing tailored technical assistance.
