REScoop.eu is the European federation of citizen energy cooperatives, which was founded in 2011. Its main purpose is to support citizens, businesses and local authorities that want to work on community energy. Among the various services they provide, they also maintain a toolbox, which is a collection of tools, reports and papers produced by the organisation or other sources.
